Despatch & Delivery
We use Royal Mail UK Standard £3.95 ( 2-5 Working days)

We despatch within 48 hours if you order before 1pm Monday - Friday ( any orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be despatched on the following Tuesday. This only applies to products that are in stock and is not applicable to pre order items.​
Please allow 10 working days for orders to arrive as we all know there can be delays with delivery which is out of my hands, Royal Mail do not class orders as missing until 18 working day so we cannot help with missing orders until they class it as missing.

We always obtain proof of postage and will be on hand to check tracking information if your order is taking a while. Once deemed lost your orders will be refunded or re-sent depending on your preference.
Return & Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You may return your item/s within 14 days of purchase. We will be more than happy to exchange it for you for an alternative size or product.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information regarding our products. We are always happy to help.
